Party pools are making a splash in Vegas, and here's the latest one: Just-launched Wet Republic, a 53,000-square-foot swim/lounge/party complex at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino that's open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, bills itself as having a "nightlife vibe."
