maybe they should employ dentists at check points - you could combine a flight with a dental exam

Sweet. We should work as security part time. We can pay extra attention to the hot chicks.

"Walk through that scanner again. Alright, I want you to turn around and flip your hair. Alright, now, pull one leg up."

An interesting article, but fails to explore any possible harmful effects of using questionably high doses of radiation to obtain those super revealing x-rays. Everyone knows excessive x-ray exposure is bad news long term including cancer risks. But even if the risk is subsequently deemed to be minimal for the traveler what about the poor security officer standing by the machine unshielded getting a good dose of x-ray each time??? I think this could be a new secret government plot to get rid of people on the sly... sending them off super irradiated to die of cancer shortly thereafter!!!! I take it that all the people tried were asian or arab?

I've not heard a single complaint from any number of passengers on numerous exploded planes.

I can't wait for the smaller x-ray glasses version 2.0, that you can get for $0.99 from the back of a Richie Rich comic.
