No more flesh eating viruses on Waikiki beach »
Posted by: Ryan 2 years, 5 months agoIt\'s safe to go back in the water, at least according to the Healthy Hawaii Coalition. Almost a month ago, flooding led to the burst of a sewage pipe that was pumped into the waters that reached the historic Waikiki beach. After one man died and others became sick from just walking on the beach, the Coalition decided to have the sand tested and it was returned without a trace of the pollutants.
